    All venues will have daily fee collection this weekend. Gates are CASH ONLY. We will not tolerate our gatekeepers being harassed. Admission pricing is as follows:

    • Daily General Admission (Ages 13 & Up) $10
    • Daily Kids (Ages 7-12) & Seniors Admission $8
    • Ages 6 & Under FREE

170 TEAMS IN OCTOBER 2022 EVENT

Formerly known as the “Beast of the East.” Charlotte Super NIT events have historically featured teams from NC, SC, TN, GA, AR, OH, MI, VA, WV, FL, NJ & PA

Welcome

This is a United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA), Sanctioned Select Super NIT, qualifying teams to the USSSA AA World Series, AAA World Series and Elite World Series. Entry is open to all AA, AAA, and Major teams. Each team will receive 4 coaches passes.

Schedules are posted at www.usssa.com by ~5:00 PM on Tuesday the week of the tournament. Coaches and Spectators are able to get live updates sent to your phone or email.

Rain Out Policy – By playing in our events, you agree to this policy
– 0 games Played – 100% credit
– Any portion of 1 game played – 75% credit
– 1 Complete Game Played – 50% credit
– 1 complete game and any portion of 2nd game played – 25% credit
– 2 Complete Game Played – No credit will be issued
– No rain check on gate fees will be issued. Enter park at own risk.
**Local tournament directors may amend this policy at their own discretion**

  2. You will then provide your top 3 hotel choices & Approx. # of Rooms Friday & Saturday
  3. They will reply with what hotels are available and a reservation link for your team to use to make the reservation process simple and easy for families
  4. Teams will have approximately 5-7 days with the reservation link. After that the rooms will be made available to other teams
